Originally launched in 1997 Caribbean soul is a magnificent center cockpit cruiser fully equipped for world cruising and completely refit by 2023/2024. Beginning in 2010/11 she went through a brief in the water upgrade, which included hatches and electronics. She was placed on the hard for a year and went through a full interior refit which included servicing to all plumbing, bilge pumps, electrics, spray (hull and deck), including non-skid. A number of other upgrades were done at this time. She is very well maintained and in clean sail-away condition.
2023 / 2024 saw an extensive re-fit and replacement of the engine and all rigging and major overhaul of the electrical system to dual voltage as well as increased solar and wind charging with accompanying management systems. New AC units were added as well as all wiring and ducting. The mast and boom were sanded down to bare aluminum and re-sprayed prior to re-stepping. She is a keel-stepped boat with a fully encapsulated keel eliminating any keel bolt concerns.
The rudder was removed in 2023 and completely rebuilt by Foss Foam Rudders in Florida
Most systems have spares in store on the vessel and all fuses / electrical spares are in stock.
The re-power in 2023 saw a brand new Beta Marine replace the discontinued Volvo Penta D2-75. Beta Marine was chosen for reliability and simplicity and their limited 5-year warranty.
All flooring was removed in the summer of 2023 and fully sanded down and re-sprayed with no less than 7 coats of varnish.
All internal lights were replaced in 2023 with independently dimmable lights (with memory) and all can be switched to blue lights for nighttime navigation.
Up / Down Deck / spreader lights added in 2024 make Caribbean Soul the highlight of every anchorage (Blue / White switchable)

Caribbean Soul is a center cockpit full bluewater sailboat and would suit a sailor / sailing couple or family looking to sail around the world in comfort and safety.
With her flatter hull design to aft and newly installed max prop she finds sailing between 6 - 9 knots easily achievable. A truly unique blue water sailboat not to be missed for the discerning sailor.
