Overview

Las Brisas was built in 2021 by the Brazilian shipyard MCP for an experienced owner. He would completely re-model the original build spec to match a European standard and has surpassed them, with the US and European equipment and furniture.

Her aluminum hull and GRP superstructure offer a comfortable speed under sail of around 12 knots, while the electrical winches that can be operated from the interior or exterior helm make the vessel easy to sail.

Las Brisas was built with the amenities and equipment of a superyacht while still being 68ft and easy to handle.

Key Features

  • 5-Year warranty on the hull
  • European and U.S imported furniture and equipment
  • Massive headroom
  • 4-Cabin layout with all staterooms en-suite
  • Exterior helm protected by a hardtop to cruise in any condition
  • Upgraded sails to North Sails
  • Great cruising capacities
  • Ready to go for her new owner
Walkthrough

Boarding the yacht from the gangway, a large space is available to put sun chairs, a coffee table, or other furniture to enjoy life onboard. From the aft deck, you can also access the garage thanks to the electric stairs on the port side. The door of the garage turns into a swimming platform once open, which makes boarding the tender easily. The aft deck has a spacious area that can be used for social gatherings. The two sun pads provide the perfect spot for taking in the sun, one is located on the aft deck and one on the bow.

Waking to the bow, the large side deck is well protected. The sun pad can be easily protected from the sun at anchor. The bow has a technical area with storage.

The exterior helm is surrounded by two sofas and a table in the middle that folds down to give easy access to the interior. The hardtop allows maximum protection from the sun and weather conditions while still being enjoyable for your guests. The hardtop features four windows, two of which can open for fresh air.

Entering the salon, you instantly feel the volume of the yacht. The headroom is above standard with 2.3m in the master cabin and 2.1m in the main salon.  Both port and starboard sides are identical, featuring a U-shape sofa with a large table that can go up and down. The helm is located forward of the port side, while the starboard side has access to the VIP stateroom and pantry.  A staircase leads you below deck to the staterooms on the port side and the engine room and a owner's stateroom on the starboard side.

Accommodations include three cabins, all en-suite, including an Owner's Suite, VIP, and Double stateroom. A fourth cabin on the port side can be used by the crew with access from the deck or a hidden door in the day head. Also great for children as the headroom is a bit lower than in other cabins.

Crossing the salon to the bow, the staircase will take you to the pantry which includes the refrigerator, wine cellar, cabinets for glasses, and access to the VIP Cabin.

The galley downstairs creates a home feeling. A hidden spice cabinet comes up electrically when needed. Plenty of storage is available with cutlery, dinnerware, and food items. The glass pantry is located next to the VIP cabin. A hidden door to the engine room is in the galley as well.

Accommodations

Salon And Pilothouse

Quiet sailing in inhospitable climates. The Raised Salon allows the inclusion of a pilothouse in the comfort and heat of the main hall, with panoramic views to the sea and autopilot commands, navigation electronics, engine levers, and anchor winch.

Stateroom Stern Suite

With a ceiling height of up to 2.30 meters, this Owner's cabin features an office table, sofa, several spacious closets and a huge bathroom. In its watertight bulkhead, a large window provides an integral sea view with the lowered aft access platform. Stunning!

Stateroom Bow Suite

Size the space that it could well be considered an Owner's cabin on any sailboat of this category. Hatchways in the bathroom, living room ceiling and side windows provide great luminosity and a privileged external view.

Stateroom Midship

They are set as new spaces provided by the Raised Salon design technique. They come on board like cozy midship cabins with a privileged sea view. From the spacious double bed or the folding sofa of these rooms, the side porthole transfers all the spaciousness of the exterior.

Cockpit

The cockpit is central, which strategically provides unbeatable amplitude in the aft cabin and sets the region of the engine room as a reserved technical area. All halyards and mainsheets are accessible and maneuverable inside the cockpit. The rigid doghouse dispenses the fragility and low durability of the bonnet. The entire high lightness and rigidity superstructure allows full and comfortable access to the Park Avenue formatting boom.

Engine Room

Another highlight in this project; the engine room has a lot of space and a ceiling height unique for a sailboat of this size. With lateral access through a watertight door of manual dockers, this area is totally insulated with water tightness guaranteed by structural bulkheads consolidated to the hull. Ducted exhaust/ventilation and non-flammable acoustic and thermal insulation provide quiet and safe motor navigation. In the event of a fire, the extinguishing is immediate while the other compartments of the vessel remain intact.
