 Here’s a great opportunity to buy a catamaran in Thailand that’s earning income in our charter fleet, only offered for sale to remain in charter.

You have two options for purchase:

1. Full price purchase of $235,000 USD plus VAT list price
1. Contract price of $235,000 plus VAT with a 5 year charter contract
2. Title can transfer to buyer at sale close.
3. Owner receives charter income and is responsible for the maintenance and running costs.
2. Financed purchase of $195,000 USD plus VAT
1. Contract price of $251,450 USD in total (inc VAT)
2. 50% downpayment of $125,725 USD
3. 5 Year charter contract whereby income from charter will pay the 50% of the boat that is financed.  All risk is with Island Spirit Charters
4. Owner has no obligation for any of the boat expenses during the 5 year charter period.
5. The OWNERS will be able to use the YACHT when the boat is not booked out on charter or scheduled maintenance as follows: 
1. The OWNERS will be provided electronic access to the yachts booking schedule in which the owner can see the yacht availability and create bookings for the OWNERS as preferred. 
2. Bookings can be confirmed a month or less prior to departure if the yacht is available at any time of the year. 
3. During the high season as defined from Nov 30-Mar 30 the OWNERS may pre-book up to two weeks charter. These bookings can be made at any time as long as the yacht is available for booking. 
4. During the low season as defined from Apr 1-Oct 31 the OWNERS may pre- book up to two weeks charter. These bookings can be made at any time as long as the yacht is available for booking. 
5. The OWNERS shall have limited reciprocal usage of available yachts in other Group Island Spirit charter bases on an as available basis. 
6. Title will transfer to the buyer at the conclusion of the 5 year charter term.
